Tim Holtz - 12 tags of Christmas 2008 #11
Only one more to go for 2008. I cheated with this one- using fragments I had already made. It is a simple one compared to many of the Christmas tags. I wish I had one of those splatter brushes. I have been using an old electric toothbrush. It works but not as good. Go to "Inkin' it Up" to see more.
Remember that leaky roof I told you about. Well it is finally getting replaced. Rick and some friends are doing it and I get to be the maid. I was even up there pulling the old nails yesterday and I have a big blister to prove it. Note to self - wear gloves when using a crowbar. We are finally getting some sunshine and warmer weather, at least for a few days. I will be happy when it is all done.
Thank you for looking!

Great tag Donna! The swirls look great! I use a silicone pastry brush for my splatter!

Love this one. This was one of my favorite techniques and actually not nearly as hard as I thought it would be.

ReplyDeleteI'll cross my fingers that the roof project goes quickly ... if we ever need to replace ours a *second time* ... I'm just going to move instead! :)
