Over at Drunken Stampers they are asking for us to show some manly creativity and this is what I have come up with. There are not to many guys who don't enjoy a beer or two. I used Innovative Stamp creations "By the bay" and Stampin Up "wish Big" stamps on a advertisement and embossed in black. The mug of beer is cut from same advertisement. I found the bottle cap somewhere. I used distress inks misted with water for the background.

This week over at Drunken Stampers we are to think pink to honor all those women who are fighting or who have fought the battle with breast cancer. In past times garlands (especially of bay leaves) have represented victory. It is my hope that anyone fighting this battle will get to wear the laurel garland.

When I saw that the challenge this week at Drunken Stampers was Cats, I thought I would post this one I made for a friend a while ago. It was fun to make and to give away. I knew I wanted to get in on the Drunken Stampers fun when I read that they are from B.C., Canada - just like me. And speaking of stamping drunk - at the stamp group I belong to we always make a card before we open the wine. Good fun! ... Of course we used to make 3 cards before the wine started flowing.
