Drunken Stampers - Challenge #48- NEW


I hope everyone had fun celebrating the New Year and that 2011 brings you lots of wonderful adventures. The Drunken Stampers are challenging us to use something new. I have used a new to me technique. It involves spray starch and perfect pearls. I came across the idea a long time ago but couldn't find any spray starch till recently. Thank you for looking!

    Wow Donna! This is just ... holy cow! Have you ever seen the Northern Lights? I have not ... but I imagine this is just as beautiful!
