Compendium of Curiosities Challenge- week 8

I am back and ready for the Compendium of Curiosities Challenge #8 taking place at Studio L3. This week we are Inking Grunge. I love the cementy look of inked grunge and how stamping on it with different colors gives an image depth. I have used stormy sky, bundled sage, dusty concord and broken china distress inks. I also used midnight blue, jet black and stone grey Stazon inks. The stamps are TH, The Old Island Stamp Company and Inkadinkado (I think). I used stream and black alcohol inks on the metal dragonflies. Thank you for looking!

Thank you for all of the wonderful comments and well wishes. I was at the annual family camp out. We had too much heat, mosquitoes, lightening storms with pouring rain, kayak misadventures and a really good time!

Your inked grunge piece is truly gorgeous! You really did a beautiful job with this technique. I love the colors you chose, and just keep going back to look at those sweet purple flowers and tiny blue dragonflies. I love it!
