Compendium of Curiosities Challenge- week 15

Oh yeah it's Monday! This is way better than camping in the rain. The challenge this week at Studio L3 is Alcohol Ink Agate on Grunge. I have to keep reminding myself that it is a technique book I am making so keep it simple. Here I have used a pearl ink dabber, alcohol inks, embossed grunge board, a quote from Quietfire Designs,TH dots stamp, butterfly and pearls from my stash and archival ink. The quote was stamped onto acetate.

Thank you for looking! Your comments are very appreciated!

  2. Oh wow its gorgeous. However did you get to stamp those words so clearly on the embossing, that is very clever. Annette x

  8. Awesome job on it. I keep saying mine will remain simple also. Sometimes you just can't stop yourself with the embellies though. LOL

  14. You may have kept it simple, but it's absolutely elegant and SO gorgeous, Donna! The colors are just fabulous, and the embossed grunge board makes for a really amazing background with the AI Agate technique. What a great idea to stamp the text onto acetate-- it's so crisp and really stands out. You totally aced this challenge, girlfriend-- great job!
