Here we are at tag 10 from 2007 for Tim's Christmas tags. This one uses paint over clear embossing powder. An easy technique suitable for any theme. I used some velvet flocked letters for WINTER and a few bells and a metal snowflake. My snowman is from Art Impressions. I will be linked to Kathy Eddy's blog Inkin it Up if you want to join in.

Yours came out really well. I think you are right about the stamp i used. I should try it again with something else and see how it turns out.Love the little bells you added too.
