Just for Fun- Material Girls week 1

At  Just for Fun this week they are asking us to use acrylic or plastic. I hope acetate is considered plastic because that is what I used. I used it on the background to create space to stamp my new Hampton Art stamp. The moving forward stamp is from The Artistic Traveller. I ran a piece of acetate through a Cuttlebug gears folder which I laid over top after highlighting the raised parts on the back with Tsukineko gold ink. You can hardly see it in my scan. I also used  old paper, walnut stain, rusty hinge black soot and antique linen distress inks. Images were stamped with Archival ink.

Thank you for looking. Happy Sunday.

  3. Yes of course Acetate is acrylic/plastic and a great material to use. It can be quite difficult though and hard to photograph. I love your tag and the recycled rubber stamp set you used in the background. Great steampunk piece and irl must be even more striking. Thank you for sharing with us at Just for Fun XOXO Zoe
