Alter it Monthly - August

This is the first time I have entered the Alter it Monthly Challenge. I can really use some inspiration to alter all those "things" I have collected. The theme for August is Music. THE ALTERED ELEMENT is offering a prize which makes it even more fun to enter. I picked up this mini cupboard at a $1.00 store eons ago. I covered it with music paper, and TH symphony tape. I also used acrylic antique white paint and matte Mod Podge. I used part of a TH stamp and an image from my stash. Thank you for looking!

Compendium of Curiosities Challenge- week 11

Here we are at week 11 for the Compendium of Curiosities Challenge Linda is hosting at Studio L3. This week it is about Blended Batik which is a favorite of mine. I have used old paper, faded jeans, antique linen and vintage photo distress inks. The friends stamp is from SU, the music from Scrapblocks, and the birds are from Inkadinkado. Soartful Challenges - " Welcome to my parlor"

  

  Here is my entry to the all new Soartful Challenge.  My parlor could be full of musicians but they would have to move a lot of craft supplies to find a place to play. Soartful provided the nice parlor image which is my background. I added music wallpaper and used clipart from Suzee Que. Thank you for looking and Happy Halloween!
